Come and explore what self-care really is.
It is care for yourself that goes beyond the facials, manicures & pedicures and massages.
It is true relaxation, reflection and connection with yourself.
It is experiencing your own love.
It is meeting other women and sharing in a self-care Saturday together!
Come and experience real self-care, the self-care that you were never taught or learnt about.
No matter how old or young you are… come along to this informative. practical and fun workshop!

This Self-Care Saturday includes:
* A mindful and relaxing meditation
* Heart to heart connection with yourself (and with other amazing women)
* Experiencing true self-care techniques
* Tuning in to your authentic-self
* Raising your own vibration and lifting the vibration of the women around you
* Heart-centred conversations, reflections & realisations
* Experiencing the power of self-care tools so you can apply to apply them to your own life.

DATE: Saturday 11th Jan, 2020
TIME: 2-4pm – Doors open 15 mins before session time. Please arrive early so as the first session can start on time.
LOCATION: Balmain Health Centre, 22 Crystal St, Rozelle
EARLY BIRD: $35 + Booking fee & GST

WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED: Pens, paper, water, herbal tea. …Come as you are!
